This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking pixels. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is kept in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to us.

If a page fails in your browser, a technical error report (the page, the browser type, the error) is sent to Sentry, our error-monitoring service. Form contents and other personal information are stripped from those reports before they leave your browser.

Our hosting providers keep request logs: IP address, time of request, the page requested, the referring page and the browser user-agent string. They exist to keep the site available and to identify abuse, and are kept for up to 30 days.

The site has three forms: an engagement inquiry, a request for access to LEON (including the ACUA interest form), and the details asked for before a white paper download. Each asks for your name and email address, and optionally your organisation, role and a message. The ACUA form also asks for the text your AI assistant produced, and may include up to three images of the map or chart it drew, if you choose to share them.

We use what you give us to reply to you, to arrange the access or document you asked for, and, for ACUA responses, to build the aggregate utilization benchmark described in our research. Aggregate findings never identify a person or an organisation. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Form submissions are stored in our own database, hosted by Railway, and replies are sent through Resend. Images sent with an ACUA submission are stored with it, in the same database, and kept and deleted with it. Submissions are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to further contact, by writing to engagement@gwigroup.co. We answer within 30 days.

Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA) applies to this site. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights set out in the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects how we use information you have already given us will be sent to the address you gave.
